Fayaz Foundation, hereafter referred to as ‘the Foundation’, is a non-profit, non-governmental and independent human rights organization. The purview of the Foundation is Afghanistan, but  the Foundation’s purview will not prevent it from raising its voice in protest against human rights abuses elsewhere in the world. The policy of the Foundation will be based upon international legal instruments on human rights. The ethnic, religious, political and ideological background of those who commit violations will not influence the objective judgment of the foundation.
